Jack’s Sketchbook Journals

Jack loved to keep journals during his trips, and he used the books to sketch images, make visual and written notes and, in general, amuse himself. His sketches often led to more finished works and always added to his immense visual vocabulary.

The book Fish & Other Stories as My Pen Remembers Them is a compilation of pages from these sketchbook journals with a small collection of subsequently produced artwork based on his travels. The book was published in 2017.
